What a gem this is. Casa Anica has everything you need. The house is located in Casabermeja on the old road to Malaga. Access is very good, the road to the house is short and completely paved. The village of Casabermeja is only a 3 minutes drive. Outside are two covered porches and a covered outdoor kitchen with BBQ. The pool measures 12.5 x 4 meters. There is also a separate toilet and an outdoor shower near the pool. The view from the terraces is breathtaking. The entire property is fenced.
The bright living room is very spacious and is heated by a built-in wood stove in the fireplace. Furthermore, there are radiators (diesel) throughout the house to heat it. Casa Anica has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. In the kitchen are a fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric hob and an oven.

Casabermeja is a small white village but it has everything you need: supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, shops, a banc, a vet, petrolstations and a doctor. And it has a very good bus connection with Malaga, 15 times a day during the week. Malaga is only 16 kilometer away.
