What a cozy house this is! Casa Brigida is situated in a beautiful nature reserve with stunning views. In the garden are orange, lemon, fig, and avocado trees. Built in 2025, the house has two bedrooms and a bathroom. At the front of the house is a veranda. The last 800 meters to the house is a well-maintained dirt track; a 4×4 is necessary. The house is heated by a wood-burning stove. The kitchen has a gas stove and an oven. The house has municipal water and electricity. There’s also a 2,000-liter water tank. Hot water is provided by solar panels. Casa Brigida is very suitable for permanent living or as a holiday home. To Colmenar it is about a 20 minutes drive.
Colmenar is a nice mountain village and everything you need is there such as supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, 24 hour medical post, three hotels, bars and restaurants. Colmenar also has an excellent bus connection with Malaga. From the village of Colmenar it is about a half-hour drive to the airport.
