This charming 120 year old house is situated in the hamlet of Mazmullar, municipality of Comares. Casa Chavella is a semi-detached house. In the main house are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a sitting room and a kitchen. There are also two apartments, each have a kitchen, lounge, bedroom and a bathroom. At the front is a staircase that leads to the balcony of one of the apartments. In the garden is a plunge pool which is 3.5 meters in diameter and with a depth of 0.90 meters. This swimming pool is not tiled yet, but will be soon.
