There is laminate flooring throughout the house. The bungalow is located on the old road to Malaga and access is excellent. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric hob, washing machine and oven. Behind the house is an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ. In addition, there is air conditioning, hot and cold. All windows have shutters with mosquito nets. The swimming pool is 8 x 4 meters.
Casabermeja is a small white village but it has everything you need: supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, shops, a banc, a vet, petrolstations and a doctor. And it has a very good bus connection with Malaga, 15 times a day during the week.
