The last 4 kilometers is a well-maintained dirt path, you do not need a 4×4. There is no municipal water, but a well. There is a bedroom on the ground floor and a bedroom and bathroom below the living room. The condition of the house is good.
Colmenar is a nice mountain village and everything you need is there such as supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, 24 hour medical post, three hotels, bars and restaurants. Colmenar also has an excellent bus connection with Malaga. It is about half an hour’s drive from Colmenar to Malaga airport.
