Spacious village house in the old part of Colmenar. Casa Encarna has on the ground floor a living room, kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. Behind the kitchen is the patio and a storage room. Under the house are the old stables for the animals. This part has not been renovated. On the first floor are two bedrooms and a balcony. On the balcony is a separate toilet. In short, a nice house for a very attractive price.

Colmenar is a nice mountain village and everything you need is there such as supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, 24 hour medical post, three hotels, bars and restaurants. Colmenar also has an excellent bus connection with Malaga. It is about half an hour’s drive to Malaga airport.
