Renovatieproject

Fifty year old house in Comares (El Romo). There are two houses, each with its own entrance. The first house has three bedrooms, a bathroom, living room and a kitchen. The second house is smaller. It has a few rooms. This is a renovation project.

The house is in the municipality of Comares, but Colmenar is the nearest village, about a 20 minutes drive. Colmenar is a nice mountain village and everything you need is there such as supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, 24 hour medical post, three hotels, bars and restaurants. Colmenar also has an excellent bus connection with Malaga. It is about half an hour’s drive to Malaga airport.
