Villa El Botín is without a doubt: “A house with a view”! Wherever you look around, even from the heated pool, the stunning scenery takes your breath away. You can see both the mountain and the sea, you are surrounded by the incredible beauty of nature, surrounded by large olive and almond trees. The house is located in a quiet street, and only 5 minutes by car from the beautiful Andalusian town of Comares, also known as “La Perla de la Axarquía” and has been chosen as “Magic Town of Spain”. There are beautiful terraces, some in the shade to enjoy an al fresco dinner.
This rural house has 4 bedrooms, a very cozy and comfortable living room with a pellet stove for cooler nights and a large door leading to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator and all the necessary kitchen utensils. There are 2 bathrooms, a TV, DVD, stereo, FREE WIFI and ample parking.
There is air conditioning on a ‘pay as you go’ basis.
The large private pool (12 mx 4 m) can be heated except from mid-November to mid-March. There are terraces with views of the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains. There is an outdoor barbecue area that invites you to cook and dine al fresco. This part of southern Spain has the best climate in all of Europe, winters are very mild here, as evidenced by the many tropical fruits that grow here: mangoes, cherymoyas and avocados. Imagine enjoying all this with friends or family in a super relaxing environment… something to dream about !!!
Our guests can also bring a pet, but please after requesting it.
The pretty town of Comares has been chosen as “Pueblo Mágico d´España” and is often called “La Perla de la Axarquía”. There are restaurants, cozy bars, a supermarket, a bakery (bread baked in the wood oven!), banks, a pharmacy and an ATM. Every morning a doctor is present. The beautiful surroundings invite you to go hiking, biking, mountain biking or just … relax and enjoy the view.
The award-winning Torre del Mar beach is only a 40 minute drive (approx.) from the house. You will find many wonderful chiringuitos (beach restaurants) where you can eat fresh fish directly from the fishing port of Caleta de Vélez. Velez Malaga is next to Torre del Mar and has a large shopping center. The beautiful Lake Viñuela is a 40 minute drive from the house (approx). You can take a walk around the lake and enjoy a good meal in one of the restaurants. Nerja with its famous caves and the famous Balcón de Europa is an hour’s drive (approx.) From the house. Malaga, pearl of gastronomy and culture, is also only an hour away. Visit one of the many museums, enjoy an authentic flamenco show or go shopping until you come across the famous Calle Larios. Malaga has something for everyone.
Villa El Botin is also perfectly located for visiting other parts of Andalusia. You can visit Ronda, Granada (Alhambra), Córdoba (Mezquita) or the famous Caminito del Rey, on a day trip.

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
-The minimum age of the person making the reservation must be 25 years old.
-Although the final cleaning is included in the price, we ask all guests to leave the house as they found it.
-A dog can be authorized ONLY upon request.
-Pool heating must be requested one week before arrival and has an additional charge.
-Pool heating is not available from mid-November to mid-March.
-To fully enjoy the environment, a car is essential.
-There is a refundable security deposit to be paid upon arrival.
