The pool is surrounded by lovely terraces and colourful gardens. The property has wifi, lots of parking and a BBQ. The villa is is a 30 minute walk (an absolutely stunning walk) or a 5/10 minute drive from the village of Comares which has bars restaurants, shops and banks.
All our villas are located in a wonderful natural environment and in quiet areas of the village. That is why these houses are ideal for vacations for families and groups who seek these characteristics and appreciate them. Please note, therefore, that the villas are not suitable and are not available for loud parties.
The village of Comares, voted one of the most beautiful White villages in the Axarquia, is delightful. It is 5 minutes, by car, and has bars, banks, shops, bakers, restaurants, Pharmacy and Doctor. There are also more bars and restaurants in the small Hamlet of Los Ventorros, which is a few minutes walk from the villa. Malaga and the city is one hours drive from the house. You can also visit Granada in 90 minutes. The house is perfect for visiting other parts of Andalucia, like, Cordoba, Seville and Ronda. This area of Southern Spain has the best climate of all of Europe and enjoys excellent temperaturas throughout the year. Come and discover the pretty village of Comares and the life of Andalucia.

Torre del Mar is the nearest beach and is around 30 minutes drive. It has an attractive beach and promenade where you will find bars, restaurants and entertainment for adults and children.
Pedregalejo, 5km west of Malaga city centre, is another popular beach and promenade with many bars and restaurants.
Nerja with its famous caves and stunning views over the Med are all about 1 hour away and the drive along the coast road before you turn for Comares is superb.

Air conditioning is available on a pay as you go basis in all bedrooms and the living room.
There is a refundable cleaning/damage deposit of 500 euros, to be paid on arrival.
The person who makes the reservation must be 25 years or over.
Events/parties are not allowed at this house.
Pool heating is available from April 1 to November 15 at an additional cost of 150 euros per week (must be requested at least 1 week before arrival).
