The villa is located in the countryside a short distance from the road. It is a House with a beautiful swimming pool and terraces with shade to enjoy eating outdoors. There is also a summer kitchen on the terrace. All with the fantastic views. The House is well equipped and furnished to an excellent standard.
Location: The village of Comares, the most beautiful white village in the Axarquia is stunning. It is 5 minutes by car, from the villa and has bars, banks, shops, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy and doctor. There are more bars and restaurants in the small Hamlet of Los Ventorros, which is a 5-minute walk from the villa. Malaga and the city is about an hour drive from the House. You can also visit Granada in 90 minutes. The House is ideal for visiting other parts of Andalusia, Cordoba, Seville and Ronda. This area of the South of Spain has the best climate in Europe with good temperatures all year.
Torre del Mar is the nearest beach and is around 30 minutes drive. It has an attractive beach and promenade where you will find bars, restaurants and entertainment for adults and children. Pedregalejo, 5km west of Malaga city centre, is another popular beach and promenade with many bars and restaurants. Nerja with its famous caves and stunning views over the Med are all about 1 hour away and the drive along the coast road before you turn for Comares is superb.

One dog is permitted with previous authorisation and there is an extra cleaning fee of 100 euros.
