Heated swimming pool for the coldest months! In an outstanding location, only 30 min away from the nice beaches. The house is located on a country road with a short drive from the road to the house. It is a house with a beautiful swimming pool and huge terraces, some being shaded to enjoy outdoors dinners. There is also an outdoor summer kitchen. All with fantastic views. The house is well equipped and furnished to a good standard.
Location: The village of Comares, which is 5 minutes, by car, has bars, banks, shops and restaurants. Malaga and the city is one hours drive from the house. You can also visit Granada in 90 minutes. The house is perfect for visiting other parts of Andalucia, like, Cordoba, Seville and Ronda. This area of Southern Spain has the best climate of all of Europe and enjoys excellent temperaturas throughout the year. Come and discover the pretty city of Comares.
Additional information: In the villa: iron and board, towels and linens prived, heating, fireplace, washing machine, wireless internet, hair dryer, stereo, radio, dvd-player, television. One dog is permitted with previous authorisation and there is an extra cleaning fee of 100 euros.
