Two houses for the price of one. The largest house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms on the ground floor, two of which are en-suite. On the first floor is the living room with open kitchen. The living room has air conditioning. There is a swimming pool of 5 x 4 meters. The houses are about 100 years old. The second house has two bedrooms, a bathroom, sitting room and kitchen. This house has a license to rent out. There is also air conditioning in the sitting room. There is a plunge pool in the garden. Both houses have wooden shutters. The view of the mountains is magnificent. Between the two houses there is a separate room that is currently used as bedroom 6.
It is a 12 kilometer drive from the house to Colmenar. Colmenar is a nice mountain village and everything you need is there such as supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, 24 hour medical post, three hotels, bars and restaurants. Colmenar also has an excellent bus connection with Malaga. It is about half an hour’s drive from Colmenar to Malaga airport.
