Very spacious village house in the center of Colmenar. One enters the house through a hall tiled with Andalusian tiles. On the ground floor are the living room, a patio, laundry room, separate toilet and a small storage room. On the first floor are three bedrooms with patio doors to a small balcony. There is also a larger balcony on the street side. All windows have shutters.

Colmenar is a nice mountain village and everything you need is there such as supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, 24 hour medical post, three hotels, bars and restaurants. Colmenar also has an excellent bus connection with Malaga. It is about half an hour’s drive to Malaga airport.
