Nice country house in Colmenar. The house is about 60 years old. It has a magnificent view of the mountains. Everything is on one level. There are three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Two of the bedrooms have a low ceiling, so not suitable for tall people. The house needs to be renovated.

Colmenar is a nice mountain village and everything you need is there such as supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, 24 hour medical post, three hotels, bars and restaurants. Colmenar also has an excellent bus connection with Malaga. It is about a 45 minutes drive to Malaga airport.
