The kitchen has a dishwasher, American fridge, washing machine, microwave, oven and an electric hob. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor. There is also a store cupboard in the hall.
On the second floor are three spacious bedrooms, a bathroom and a bathroom ensuite. All bedrooms have closets. At the front of the house is a patio of 20 m2 overlooking the communal tennis court and swimming pool and at the back is a patio of 50 m2.

Location: Chilches is 20 minutes drive from Malaga and 20 minutes from Velez Malaga. There is a very regular bus connection to both cities. The bus stop is in front of the house. To Rincon de la Victoria it is three klometer and to Benajarafe as well. The golf course is 1 kilometer away.
