Nice village house suitable for someone alone or a couple. Behind the house is a small garden. on the second floor are two bedrooms. The bathroom is on the ground floor. The house is about 100 years old. Casabermeja is a nice village and everything you need is there: pharmacy, vet, doctor’s post, supermarkets, butchers, bakers, restaurants, bars, etc. There is also an excellent bus connection with Malaga, 16 kilometers from Casabermeja. The IBI is only 80 euros per year. This house is less suitable for people with walking difficulties because of the stairs in the house.
