The villa is located on the Mountains between the mango and avocado plantations and enjoys magnificent country and sea views. You enter the villa into a beautiful living/dining room, there is a fully fitted kitchen, 3 double bedrooms and 2 completely equipped bathrooms. But the exceptional part of this villa is the outside area which offers a private swimming pool, enclosed plot, 3 gorgeous terraces, 2 of which are covered to offer shady areas for dining alfresco, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, a hammock and outstanding views in every direction. The accommodation also offers complete privacy and a garden with gravel and trees. There is private enclosed parking for up to 2 cars. The villa is located around 1 kilometre from the lovely village of Benamargosa. This small village stands at the heart of the Velez-Malaga region and is a veritable paradise of orchards and sub-tropical crops, surrounded by the dry hills and peaks typical of the Axarquia region. Benamargosa dates back to the 15th century, to the time of the moriscos (Moorish converts to Christianity). The area is especially known for its mild climate and unspoilt nature. It is the ideal base for the whole family to enjoy the sun, beach( 20 mins by car), nature, culture, gastronomy etc., Also a trip to one of the big cultural cities like Malaga, Granada, Seville or Cordoba is completely possible.
