The ground floor apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a lounge, kitchen and a spacious patio. The second floor apartment also has two bedrooms, a lounge, a bathroom and a covered balcony with mountain views. Both apartments need to be completely renovated. The apartments are heated by a fireplace.
Riogordo is a small town and municipality of around 3,000 inhabitants in Malaga province in the autonomous community of Andalusia in southern Spain. It is situated in the centre of the comarca of Axarquia. In Riogordo is everything you need: there are bakeries, small supermarkets, butchers, a fish shop, restaurants and bars, a pharmacy, a school and a public swimming pool. In Colmenar (10 kilometers from Riogordo) is a 24-hour medical post. It is half an hour’s drive to the beach (Torre del Mar) and a 45-minute drive to the beautiful city of Málaga and the airport. There is a bus to Málaga eight times a day.
